Last updated 18 September 2026.
Use this page to reach Warqaa. You will hear from a person who works on the product, not a sales sequence. Write in Arabic or English.
Who this is for
New offices that want to see Warqaa read their own paper and mail. Teams that already have a workspace and need help with sign-in, roles, or a file.
Book a walkthrough
If you do not have a workspace yet, the fastest way is to book a short walkthrough. We reply to the work email you send, within one working day. No call unless you ask.
On the form, send your name, work email, company, and a short note. If you can, say what kind of files you want us to try (scanned Arabic, a messy contract, an old invoice).
What happens next
We open a workspace and load a few of your files. You ask questions and see where the answers came from. The session is about fifteen minutes. We talk about price only if you want to, at the end.
You already have a workspace
Sign in and use Help in the side menu. You can send a ticket (subject and message) and see the reply there.
For access problems, ask your workspace admin first. They can reset access, change your role, or disable an old account.
Language and hours
We can write in English or Arabic. We reply on working days. If you write on a Friday evening or a holiday, expect a reply the next working day.
